The Broadmoor World Arena Youth and Community Fund supports youth- and community-serving organizations by expanding access to The Broadmoor World Arena, Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts, and the World Arena Ice Hall. The Fund helps remove financial and/or logistical barriers to allow more people – especially youth – to participate, perform, attend, and thrive.
Applications are open to those organizations who meet the purpose of the fund and serve the Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Region.
Events considered for funding will be evaluated based on a variety of criteria including but not limited to:
- The event(s) that the funding would benefit must be held at The Broadmoor World Arena, Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts, or the World Arena Ice Hall (REQUIRED to receive funding)
- Increase access to the venues for youth, families, or underserved groups
- Provide arts, cultural, sports, or community-focused experiences
- Support youth development, creativity, leadership, or skill-building
- Strengthen partnerships or cross-organizational collaboration
- Clearly demonstrate a community benefit aligned with the Fund’s mission
Application Process:
- Submit an online application below (recommended at least 4 weeks prior to the next review).
- If you would like a short phone consultation to discuss your event prior to applying, please email bchuha@broadmoorworldarena.com with your interest and available times for the call.
- Non-profits must include their 501(c)3 designation and/or the I.R.S. Code
- Other organizations must submit organization description/purpose
- Application review dates are approximately every 2 months on the 4th Wednesday of the month (January, March, May, July, September, November)
- Application review dates subject to change with or without notice
- Decisions will be issued within 14 days following the committee review
