Fans have seen him on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," HBO Comedy Minutes, NBC's "Showtime at the Apollo," and BET Comic View. Iglesias has also been seen numerous times on the popular Galavision show, "Que Locos." After filming his first thirty-minute standup special for national television, “Comedy Central Presents Gabriel Iglesias,” Iglesias was awarded Comedy Central's “Special of the Year” for 2003. He is the youngest comedian in the long history of Comedy Central to win the award. He has also won favorite comic of the year for Comedy Central for two years back-to-back.
