Lil' Pete and the Coyote
Sunday, November 6, 2011 – Lobby activities begin at 2:00pm; Show is at 3:00pm

Early one morning, Lil’ Pete walked down the trail from the ranch house to the big stone fence ‘round his folk’s place out on the Western plains. Lil’ Pete opened the fence gate and walked out onto the open range and into a bushel of trouble.

Join in on this rip-roaring Southwestern adaptation of Sergei Prokofiev's magical children's tale.  Featuring a rare side-by-side performance of the Colorado Springs Philharmonic and the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony!  Also featuring the Ballet Society of Colorado Springs and Don Moon of Red Herring Productions!

When a great African king desires a wife, only the most perfect maidens in the land are invited to meet him. Mufaro's pride and joy, his two daughters of very different dispositions, travel a half day's journey to be presented to the king.  Along the way, they encounter situations that test their courage, kindness and strength of spirit.

Combining authentic African drumming, powerful choreography and thrilling original music, the splendor of Zimbabwe and energy of the African land will burst onto stage in this Caldecott Award winning Cinderella tale!

Stuart Little
Monday, April 3, 2012- Lobby activities begin at 6:00pm; Show is at 7:00pm

Stuart is a little mouse, born to real human parents in New York City. In this E. B. White fantasy, Stuart enjoys adventures in Central Park and tries to rescue his friend Margalo, a beautiful bird, from the pursuit of Snowbell, their house cat. As this mild mannered mouse tries to cope in a "real person's" world, he professes that size is not important; it's temperament and ability that count.

Featuring the brilliant talent of Sign Stage on Tour, this family production is signed and spoken simultaneously.
