Active Listening System (ALS)

The Pikes Peak Center is equipped with assisted listening devices and they are available to guests who are hard of hearing at no charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Alcohol

Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it. Alcohol may be served at select events. Colorado State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification. Call (719) 477-2100 to see if alcohol will be served at an event.

Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities and/or special needs. Services animals are welcomed into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

ATMs

There is an ATM located in the box office for your convenience.

Birthday Parties

With a group of (15) or more, guests of all ages can celebrate their birthday at a concert, or family show, hosted at The Pikes Peak Center, by contacting group sales at (719) 477-2116.

The Pikes Peak Center also serves as a TicketsWest outlet where you can purchase tickets to events held at The Broadmoor World Arena. Accepted forms of payment are: CASH and CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Personal checks are accepted up to seven days prior to an event.

Cameras

The use of still cameras/flash photography and recording devices is prohibited at many Pikes Peak Center events, but it varies per show. If a patron brings a camera or recording device into the center, the patron will be asked to return that item to his/her vehicle, or check it with guest services. Cameras are allowed into certain events, however you should call Pikes Peak Center at (719)477-2100 to determine if your event does allow cameras.

Concessions and Specialty Items

The Pikes Peak Center food service provider Centerplate, is proud to offer a variety of food choices including traditional concession items and the following specialty items (not available at all events): Asian Action Station, BBQ, Specialty Beverages, and more!

Directions and Accessible Parking

The Pikes Peak Center has an accessible Drop Off Zone outside the box office, on the North end of the building.

Parking

There is a $5 charge per vehicle for event parking in the garage on Sahwatch St. – Located near the Southwest end of the Pikes Peak Center. There is also metered parking available around the Center.

Doors

For most events, doors open one hour prior to the event start time. Doors to the theater open approx. 30-45 minutes before the performance. 

Duplicate Tickets

If you encounter another guest that has a ticket for the same seat, contact the nearest guest attendant.

Elevators

There is one elevator located in the venue on the North end of the building, between Studio Bee and the main theater.

Ejection/ Guest Removal

The Pikes Peak Center reserves the right to eject guests whose behavior is against policy, unruly and/or illegal. If you observe a guest behaving in such a manner, consult a Pikes Peak Center representative immediately.

First Aid

If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest Pikes Peak Center representative and he/she will escort you to the first aid station.

Group Tickets

Specific shows and events have group discounts. The number that is considered a group varies on a show-by-show basis. Anyone interested in purchasing group tickets for an event should contact the group sales office at (719) 477-2116.

Guest Services

Guests that have comments, questions or concerns during an event at the facility are strongly encouraged to contact any Pikes Peak Center representative prior to exiting the facility. If an incident occurs while visiting the venue, please speak with a member of the staff at the time the incident occurs.

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services for events should contact Tuesday Heslop at (719) 477-2107, or email no later than three weeks prior to the event. For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance.

Lost and Found

Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to Guest Services in the box office. Please call (719) 477-2100 to recover lost items.

Meetings & Banquets

Visit our booking page for more information. Meeting rooms are available to rent and can accommodate a wide variety of groups.

Restrooms

All restrooms in The Pikes Peak Center have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to persons with disabilities. Restrooms are located on the main level and mezzanine on the North & South ends of the building.

Seating for guests with visual impairments

Seating for guests with visual impairments may be reserved up to 10 (ten) business days prior to the date of the event or until sold out – whichever comes first. Reserved seats are held within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance for ease of viewing. Email us or call 719-477-2100 to reserve seats.

Smoking

Pikes Peak Center is a non-smoking facility, including e-cigarettes, cigarettes, and legal or medical marijuana. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. Guests may smoke outside the building at least 15 ft. away from the doors.

Strollers

Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the arena. For additional information, contact guest services at 719-477-2100.

Re-Entry

Guests may not leave the facility and re-enter on event days.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, call the Box Office at (719) 477-2122 for refund information.
